Spool-To-Spool
Our automated Spool-to-Spool process is engineered for high-volume efficiency and unmatched consistency. By continuously running long lengths of wire or mandrels through a precision-controlled coating line, we ensure a uniform PTFE thickness across the entire reel. This method is ideal for high-scale manufacturing where tight tolerances and repeatable lubricity are critical for downstream assembly.
Spray
The spray coating method offers maximum versatility for complex geometries and discrete components. Using advanced technology, we apply thin, even layers of PTFE to specific parts or intricate device features that cannot be processed on a continuous line. This process allows for highly customized masking and selective coating, ensuring performance is enhanced exactly where it’s needed most.
